Privacy policy

Plain English on what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

This policy explains how Greenford Removals handles the personal details you share with us. We keep it simple because we collect little and use it for one thing: helping with your move.

What we collect

When you fill in the quote form or email us, we receive your name, phone number, email address, the pickup and drop-off addresses for your move, an optional moving date, and any notes you add. That’s it — we don’t ask for anything we don’t need to quote and plan a removal. The tailored move profile runs entirely in your browser and doesn’t send us anything.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a written quote, and organise the move if you go ahead. We may contact you by email or phone about your enquiry. We don’t sell your details, and we don’t add you to a marketing list off the back of a quote request. There’s no account to create and nothing to sign up to.

How it’s handled

Your form submission is sent securely to our enquiry system so the team can respond. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to keep out automated spam, which is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used; this doesn’t identify you personally.

How long we keep it

We hold enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your move and to meet any legal or accounting obligations that follow, then remove them.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@greenford-removals.co.uk and we’ll sort it. If you’re ever unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can also raise it with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page. Questions about any of it? Get in touch.
